Verse: Through clenched teeth, came the sounds In a rhythm no one found Layered voice, nulls the taste Leaves echoes in its wake Bitter breathe, sickly sweet Flying spit then stains my cheek Calling out won't stop you now But I don't want it to show Chorus: Are you worries its getting ugly? It's just a crown anyway Lets make sure all duties are paid And let the fool have his day Verse: Standing still, flat and grey Hidden friends wont make me pay In a row for all to see And the blooms all went to seed. Shedding leaves, a wilting heat And the stems they mask my feet High winds cleared them away And that's something to admire Chorus: Are you worries its getting ugly? It's just a crown anyway Lets make sure all duties are paid And let the fool have his day Verse: Through clenched teeth, came the sounds In a rythym no one found Layered voice, nulls the taste Leaves echoes in its wake Bitter breathe, sickly sweet Flying spit then stains my cheek Calling out won't stop you now But I don't want it to show

VERSE Sisters of the valley Caused a small break in oblivion It tore down an idea And robbed the people of their pills But the sisters that I meet Share their beauty with me and it’s all mine Middle 8 A grey and purple smoke Fell over the land beyond the edge Fog melted through the cracks Caused the people to fall with cut knees But I'm one with the sisters Fear left my hands and let me touch them CHORUS You, you, You’re a billion miles too late Sit on the floor, she's already home Let the burning fumes cover your face VERSE Sisters of the Valley Broke oblivion into pieces I saw it happen overhead Enveloping the people there Burning embers spilling in their wake But where are the sisters That held me when I fell, I can't find them CHORUS You, you, You’re a billion miles too late Sit on the floor, she's already home Let the burning fumes cover your face

VERSE I'm not cold enough As painful as it seems Washed imperfectly Can't you see my eyes EyeSaw CHORUS In the sky Cutting blind I cannot hear watches unwind Carry on bitter doll She's not turning pale at all Pay her toll Will you let me see her now VERSE Peaceful unrestrained The taste won't leave my head Shining I am clean I can see your eyes EyeSaw CHORUS In the sky Cutting blind I cannot hear watches unwind Carry on bitter doll She's not turning pale at all Pay her toll Will you let me see her now VERSE I don't hurt enough It's colder than it seems Only she burns now I can see your eyes EyeSaw CHORUS In the sky Cutting blind I cannot hear watches unwind Carry on Bitter doll She's not turning pale at all Pay her toll Will you let me see her now

VERSE Stockholm calling, to love is not enough, I need to fear you, I need it to be wrong. CHORUS So live today, be my knight to day-she said So live today VERSE Addiction calling, everything good needs to be, harder the next time, all roads lead to emptiness CHORUS So live today, be my knight to day-she said So live today . VERSE Inertia calling, everything good comes with a price tag, you can layaway, buy now pay later. CHORUS So live today, be my knight to day-she said So live today

about

This E.P is the culmination of 4 years of striving to capture the huge and powerful 57 Down live sound. And, I think we've just about done it.

Groove-laden sludge, heavy stoner rock, and riffs that will melt your face...all delivered from 2 bass players and no guitarists.

Sit back, turn it up, and rock out.

Thanks to Aaron Kitson for putting up with us and giving us his time to record with him...stellar job! Thanks Aaron.

Thanks to Paul Cooke for designing the knock-out E.P artwork. Not bad considering he was told, "yeah I dreamnt this thing...yep..a guy with a train for a face..." Thanks Paul.
